We are looking to expand our team of expert consultants with 25 bilingual Italian-English speakers for part-time, fully-remote consulting work supporting frontier AI development. Projects start at $20-40 USD / hour. This role involves evaluating AI model outputs in Italian and English, assessing cultural context and nuance, translating between both languages, and identifying errors and areas for improvement. This is skilled linguistic work requiring strong reading and writing abilities in both languages. At Aligned, we partner with the world's leading AI labs to push the frontier of AI knowledge in fields like STEM, medicine, law, and finance. We also bring together bilingual experts to make AI models accurate and accessible across languages and cultures. You are a fluent Italian-English bilingual with strong academic writing skills in both languages. Native or near-native fluency in Italian with strong reading and writing skills University-level proficiency in English reading and writing Bachelor's degree (any field) Able to read complex texts, identify subtle errors, translate, and write clearly in both languages You will complete a brief language assessment as part of the application process
