Keep reading, this might be the opportunity you've been searching for.A Day in the Life As a Demand Planner for L’Oréal Luxe, you will report to the Demand & Supply Planner Manager and act as the operational reference for demand forecasting and commercial alignment. You will anticipate market trends, improve forecast accuracy and support brand performance.Forecast & Planning: own the end-to-end monthly and weekly forecasting process, integrating promotional and launch inputs.Data & Analysis: build baselines with Group tools, analyze historical sell‑out data, detect trends, seasonality and anomalies.Sell‑out Driven & Inventory: integrate sell‑out and trade stock data to improve accuracy and visibility.Catalogue & Budget Support: contribute to category catalogue optimization and support budget and brand trend setting.We Are Looking For You are analytical, organized and committed to continuous improvement. Key requirements:Minimum 2 years’ experience in Operations with exposure to demand forecasting processes.Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with forecasting tools.
