Riporterà all’Operations Manager e collaborerà in modo trasversale con le funzioni di Ingegneria, Manutenzione e Qualità, con l’obiettivo di migliorare l’efficienza e le performance dei reparti produttivi. Responsabilità principaliAssicurare l’efficienza, la qualità e la conformità HSE delle linee e degli impianti di produzione. Garantire il raggiungimento dei principali KPI produttivi (volumi, scarti, OEE, costi). Collaborare con l’Engineering per l’implementazione di nuovi processi e per l’ottimizzazione delle linee esistenti. Pianificare, in sinergia con la manutenzione, le attività preventive, predittive e straordinarie, assicurandone la tracciabilità. Promuovere iniziative di risparmio energetico, gestione dei rifiuti e riduzione dei consumi idrici. Sostenere lo sviluppo del team e favorire una cultura aziendale improntata alla diversità, inclusione e miglioramento continuo.Requisiti richiestiLaurea in Ingegneria o formazione tecnica equivalente. Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi all’interno di contesti industriali strutturati. Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di Continuous Improvement: SAP, TPM, Lean, Just in Time, Six Sigma, FMEA. Piena padronanza della lingua italiana e buona padronanza della lingua inglese. Spiccate capacità di leadership, problem solving e gestione delle risorse. Il / la candidato / a ideale combina solide competenze tecniche con una forte attitudine gestionale e relazionale.
