Key Responsibilities Assist the PI Product Manager in developing and implementing product strategies for the CEMENA region. Provide technical expertise and support to underwriters ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to make informed decisions. Act as a key point of contact for underwriting referrals offering guidance and recommendations based on in-depth knowledge of PI products and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including underwriting marketing and sales to enhance product offerings and drive business growth. Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product development and improvement. Support the training and development of underwriting staff sharing best practices and insights related to PI underwriting. Monitor and report on product performance identifying areas for enhancement and growth. Participate in client meetings and presentations effectively communicating product features and benefits to stakeholders. Stay updated on industry regulations trends and emerging risks that may impact PI products. Assist in the monitoring and development of platform products. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance Insurance or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in Professional Indemnity underwriting or a related field. Strong technical knowledge of PI products and underwriting processes. Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is a strong plus. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across various teams and stakeholders.
