Collaborative yet highly autonomous, their specialist team values performance, diversity, and initiative — working with top developers and utilities on some of Europe’s most impactful storage projects.About the Role We’re seeking aProject Managerbased inItaly , ideally nearMilan , with willingness to travel nationally for key projects — including current work near Milan and an upcoming site inCerignola (South Italy) .This role suits an experiencedBESS professionalandself-starterwho thrives in fast-moving, lightly structured environments. You’ll lead full project lifecycles, from design coordination through construction and commissioning, ensuring technical quality, timeline control, and cost efficiency.Key Job Responsibilities Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning ofutility-scale BESSprojects. Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, and performance targets. Track progress, budgets, and risks while maintaining alignment with company objectives. Engage closely with TSOs and grid operators for connection and compliance. Drive delivery excellence within a lean, high-performing project team.What You Bring ProvenProject Management experienceinRenewable Energy , withBESSexpertise essential. Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Strong autonomy, accountability, and proactive problem-solving. Fluent English; Italian language skills are a strong plus.
