Your Role You’ll have the opportunity to lead our Neurology & Immunology franchise, where you’ll drive strategic initiatives and align local needs with global objectives. You will lead the development and execution of the multi‑year strategic plan and annual budget, ensuring optimal organizational structure and performance. You’ll have the chance to lead a highly dynamic and performing team. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with leadership teams to set goals and provide strategic analysis Oversee Profit & Loss, monitoring key economic indicators and implementing strategies for growth Develop local and global strategies, addressing market trends and regulatory changes Foster international relations to support strategic initiatives and product launches Champion employee development, creating a motivating environment and identifying talent for succession planning Who You Are Degree in business or medical science degrees Fluent English language skills Proven experience in pharmaceutical industry Sales & Marketing roles Successful team leadership experience In‑depth knowledge of the dynamics of the Italian pharmaceutical sector (registration, regulatory, safety, information) Knowledge of the main players in the Italian pharmaceutical sector What we offer We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
