Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.Partner with the best As an Aero Supplier Quality Engineer in the Gas Technology Services department, you will be responsible for:Leading early-stage supplier evaluations, focusing on quality, organisational maturity, technical capabilities, and risk mitigationSupplier development: lead and manage technical assessments of new parts, supported by Design and Advanced Manufacturing Engineers.Supplier management: be responsible for supplier qualifications, continuous improvement plans, surveillance and audits.Communication: ensure a strong connection between suppliers and internal execution teams to support quality, on-time delivery and responsiveness.Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will have:Solid background in supplier quality and continuous improvement in industrial or energy sectorsHands-on experience with supplier assessment methodologies and quality management systems.Basic Qualifications Bachelor\'s mechanical degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing/Service)At least 5 years of experience in QualityBe able to travel locally and internationally at short notice to Customer offices or site plantsEnglish fluentWork That Works for You We understand flexibility is key to performance.
