OverviewDisponibilità PART TIME, su turni, nel fine settimana, festività e notturno. MansioniGarantisce un attento benvenuto agli ospiti assicurandosi che ricevano, sempre, un servizio adeguato (gestione attività di prenotazione, fasi di check in/out, controllo cassa, gestione centralino, controllo della posta elettronica). Supporta la Direzione nel controllo dei servizi dei fornitori e segnala eventuali urgenze (pulizie, manutenzioni). Conosce tutti i servizi della struttura e controlla la qualità del prodotto. Gestisce eventuali reclami o altri problemi relativi agli ospiti. Requisiti richiestiBuona conoscenza della lingua inglese Attitudine al problem solving e al lavoro di squadra Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali Conoscenza del pacchetto Office Esperienza pregressa in contesti alberghieri Conoscenza del gestionale HotelCube costituirà titolo preferenziale Percorso formativo di inserimento focalizzato sulla gestione dei processi di lavoro alla reception, ambiente giovane e dinamico.
