Field Service Engineer – Centrifugal Compressors We are seeking a Lead Mechanical Field Service Engineer in our Field Service team, responsible for providing technical direction at customer sites, overseeing product overhauls, troubleshooting, commissioning and ensuring HSE compliance. ResponsibilitiesProvide technical direction for site activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance and quality. Oversee, overhaul, troubleshoot and commission Centrifugal Compressor products at customer sites. Lead customer and contractor meetings to share and update action plans and advise on technical solutions. Ensure internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed and completed according to company standards.QualificationsTechnical Diploma. Relevant working knowledge of the installation and maintenance of rotating equipment. Experience working in a mechanical role in an energy or oil and gas environment. Customer service‐orientation mindset and experience leading customers through tough decisions. Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information to varied audiences. Deep awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance and potential risks. Motivated self‑starter with key decision‑making and innovative solution skills. Excellent command of verbal and written English. EU passport or European work permit.Flexible Working In this role you will travel to and work on customer sites in line with customer requirements. The duration of work onsite and the hours of work will be in line with customer requirements.
