We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon.As a Commercial Excellence Junior Analyst Trainee, will support the development and execution of commercial strategies and processes that drive sales effectiveness and operational excellence. This position offers hands‑on experience in data analysis, incentive management, and generating actionable insights to optimize commercial execution using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Commercial Excellence data. You will build effective relationships with Europe CommEx teams, and local associates to achieve goals.You’ll be part of the local Commercial Excellence team, receiving guidance and training while gaining increasing independence throughout the internship. Please note that the scope of this role is for Italy and Iberia (Spain & Portugal) and this internship is a 6‑month internship with the possibility of extension for another 6 months.A Typical Day Might Include:Support conducting analysis and delivering actionable insights to address business needs.Support the local incentives process, including quota-to-payout and President’s Club administration.Support providing insights and recommendations on commercial execution based on CommEx data.Support execution of all core CommEx processes, including
