This position offers a unique professional opportunity to spearhead a significant regional expansion project within Emilia-Romagna. Furthermore, the role provides exposure to and collaboration with the company's concurrent, large‑scale initiatives worldwide, offering substantial scope for contribution and professional development.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage key accounts and key stakeholders generating demand and maximizing business.Open and create new leads and business while keeping existing accounts.Lead sales operations supporting customer service, logistic and collect processes.Increase the market and share in target customers and markets.Follow up key customers/growers/wineries/cooperatives.Develop new business cases to support new products/developments in the territory.Support the marketing plans in the territory.Contribute to marketing analysis and marketing plans for specific projects potentially assigned.Create and contribute with marketing and sale strategy for product launches and existing product expansion.Be able and willing to do promotion programs: grower talks, field demo trials follow up, influencer engagements… or any other required activity to push the product into the market and pull demand.Any other project related to the opening or expansion of markets.Any other duty that is framed in the responsibilities of an
