Reporting directly to the Senior team, this individual will play a pivotal role in leading the execution of complex transactions and support in the origination of new deals. Responsibilities will centre on :Conduct market researchProduction of marketing presentation, Information Memorandum and other transaction documentsPrepare and edit presentations to support critical decision making by senior managementSupport to senior professionals in all the phases of deal executionSupport to senior professionals with the development of client relationships and new business generationProactive in proposing to senior professionals strategic ideas for clientsMentor and support junior team membersRequired skills / experienceStrong academic background3-5 years of relevant work experience in Corporate Finance transactionsMaster’s degree with excellent academic recordsFluency in EnglishFull-time availabilityStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, Merger, LBO, etc), with deep expertise in interpreting and analyzing financial statementsLearning agility, outstanding teamwork and communication skills, analytical mindset#J-18808-Ljbffr
