Certification Engineer Location:Lainate, Italy Work Time:100% (Full-time) We are looking for aCertification Engineerto join our R&D team in Lainate. In this role, you will manage product certification processes and act as the main interface with external certification bodies, ensuring compliance with international regulations and standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation and management of product declarations (RoHS, REACH) Management of product certifications (CE, UKCA, CCC, RCM, UL, CSA, MID) Monitoring certification deadlines and managing renewalsProduct testing and verification activities (approximately 30%) Preparation of product documentation and technical descriptions for certification bodies (approximately 30%) Coordination and management of external certification bodies (approximately 20%) Review and study of applicable directives, standards, and regulations (approximately 20%) Your BackgroundTechnical education, preferably in electronics or related fieldsTechnical diploma or Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or similarGood command of English (written and spoken) What Will Help You SucceedKnowledge of product directives and standardsExperience working with external suppliers or certification bodiesFamiliarity with product markings and certification labels
