Ready to change the world of law?Collaborate closely with leadership to shape how Lexroom.ai scalesRoleWe’re looking for a Growth Specialist to drive Lexroom.ai's external growth initiatives across the full AARRR funnel:Your job is to support and execute high-impact growth projects, working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and the Growth Lead. You’ll help design experiments, analyze performance, improve conversion across touchpoints, and build scalable growth loops.This is a role for someone analytical but also creative, comfortable switching between data, tools, user behavior, and experimentation.In this role, you will:Support planning and execution of growth experiments across the funnelAnalyze acquisition channels, product usage, and conversion metrics to identify bottlenecksContribute to growth loops, activation flows, and retention initiativesCollaborate with Marketing to optimize campaigns, landing pages, and messagingWork with Product and Ops to streamline onboarding, activation and user workflowsBuild dashboards and reports to monitor funnel performanceUse no-code/low-code tools to automate parts of the growth stackResearch user insights, run lightweight tests, and validate hypothesesHelp implement scalable mechanisms to improve trial → paid conversion, retention, and referralsQualifications1–3 years of experience in Growth, Product, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or similar rolesGood understanding of AARRR and funnel optimization principlesStrong analytical and experimentation mindsetComfortable using tools like HubSpot, analytics platforms (June, Amplitude, GA4), no-code tools, landing page buildersAbility to interpret data, draw insights, and turn them into actionsBasic familiarity with APIs, automation, or scripting (optional but a plus)Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsCreativity, proactivity, and comfort in fast-paced, iterative environmentsFluency in Italian and EnglishWhat We Bring to the TableAn Elite Team of Rockstars.At Lexroom.ai, you’ll collaborate with some of the brightest minds in tech and legal AI.
