For our client, an semi-little Italian company in the fashion and luxury goods sector, we are looking for a Senior Business ControllerThe role will involve the following activities:- Calculating and monitoring costs and margins, implementing actions plan to maximize efficiency and providing indications to accounting department- Monitoring production accounting with analysis of deviations from production price lists and standard production costs- Preparing and manage monthly forecasts for the period based on data provided by accounting- Kpis business performance update and analysis- Financial and business evaluation of new investment initiatives- Perform ad hoc analyses by management for the purpose of sharing results and decision- Provide sales and margin analysis for each business unit and company level- Prepare budget, monitoring results, and identifying corrective actions in the event of any deviations from the target- Allocation of cost/revenue items through analytical accounting entries aimed at determining monthly operating results- Development of business plans and collaboration in management deck presentationThe candidate should have:- Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering or similar- At least 7 years' previous experience in the required position, preferably in companies of the Fashion and Luxury industry- Excellent knowledge of the main IT tools, in particular MS ExcelThis job opportunity does NOT include smart workingWyser è il brand globale che si occupa di ricerca e selezione di profili manageriali ed executive di Gi Group Holding, la prima multinazionale italiana del lavoro e una tra le principali realtà che offrono servizi e consulenza HR a livello globale.L’offerta si intende rivolta a candidati ambosessi, nel rispetto del D.Lgs. n. 198/2006 e ss.mm.ii. e dei Decreti Legislativi n. 215 e n. 216 del 2003 sulle parità di trattamento.I candidati sono invitati a leggere l’informativa privacy ai sensi degli artt. 13 e 14 del Reg.
