ResponsibilityWe are currently looking for a resource to be included in the ABM (ATS Business Model) Continuous Improvement team of Comecer Group in the role of Continuous Improvement Specialist. The ABM Deployment Specialist will be responsible for promoting and facilitating the successful deployment of the ATS Business Model (ABM) within Comecer Group and for building the capabilities to achieve Current (Annual Operating Plan) Future (Strategy & Goal Deployment).TasksDriving ABM culture and building ABM excellence within the organizationDrive ever-improving results by leveraging ATS Business Model (ABM) tools, consulting skills, and change management processAssist leadership in the development and execution of the ABM roadmap of the organizationDirectly provide formal and informal ABM training and coachingEnsure productive problem solving and kaizen eventsPromote and facilitate diagnosis of work flow impediments and other wastes throughout the business, and provide expert counsel on appropriate tools to eliminate themPromote and facilitate associate development in various ABM tools, transactional improvements, and kaizen leadershipBenchmark and incorporate best practices within Comecer Group and ATSAssist in establishing and achieving the Goal Deployment and Strategic Plan objectives related to the organizationQualificationsAn Engineering degree or equivalent work experience is required, specializing in lean production is preferredTechnical SkillsAbility to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a managerial point of viewKnowledge of lean toolsGood writing and administrative skills, including computer skills (word processing, graphics, spreadsheet, etc.)Relational SkillsAbility to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a managerial point of viewExcellent communications skills including being able to communicate to all levels of the organizationGood training skillsExcellent consulting/influencing skillsStrong results-oriented mindset is essentialStrong leadership skillsExposure to and participation in a wide variety of training environmentsDemonstrated proficiency in time and project managementLanguage SkillsFluency in English and ItalianExperienceAt least 3 years of Operations, Engineering, Supervisory, and/or Management experience in a Lean-Driven Manufacturing Environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
