You will contribute to the structuring, negotiation and implementation of complex corporate deals as well as assist clients with their day‑to‑day governance and regulatory needs. As part of a large and truly global practice teamwork is essential. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across our international offices.Ideal profileMasters degree in Law from an Italian university with a minimum grade of 110/110.One to four years of post‑qualification experience in the corporate department of a top‑tier law firm.Proven experience on Corporate and M&A matters.A strong team player with excellent organisational and time‑management skills, attention to detail and effective communication abilities.Fluency in English (minimum C1 level).Technical SkillsCommercial and Contract LawJoint VenturesMergers and Acquisitions (M&A)Private EquityReal EstateThis list of duties and responsibilities above is not exhaustive.
