You will contribute to the annual Special Projects roadmap, coordinating B2B and B2C initiatives in close collaboration with Retail Partners and Sales to maximize local impact. You will oversee the execution of in-store activations and the In-Store Affiliation model, ensuring consistent and effective delivery across the retail network. You will also leverage data and insights to segment Retail Partners, define and monitor KPIs, and continuously optimize performance to enhance customer value and business results.What You’ll DoSpecial ProjectsContribute to the definition of the annual Special Projects plan, identifying and implementing tools and initiatives aimed at increasing First-Time Depositors (FTDs) across all acquisition channels.Coordinate and oversee the execution of Special Projects across B2B and B2C initiatives, working closely with Retail Partners to ensure continuous focus on customer acquisition and activation.Define, monitor, and report on Special Projects KPIs, ensuring performance tracking, effectiveness measurement, and continuous optimization.Analyse, segment, and cluster Retail Partners based on local characteristics (e.g. geography, store profile, catchment area), with a strong focus on acquisition KPIs, FTD generation, and customer value.Instore ActivationsPlan and execute in-store activation initiatives, designing targeted activities such as special events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations to increase customer engagement, drive store traffic, and support affiliate performance across physical retail locations.Collaborate closely with the Sales function to define the in-store activity plan, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities, retailer needs, and overall acquisition and activation objectives.Coordinate and oversee the operational execution of the In-Store Affiliation model, managing day-to-day activities, stakeholder alignment, and consistency of execution across the retail network.Define, monitor, and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to in-store activations and affiliations, tracking results, identifying improvement areas, and supporting performance optimization.What You’ll Bring5+ years of experience in customer acquisition, retail marketing, omnichannel activation, or similar roles, with a strong focus on driving First-Time Depositors (FTDs) and measurable business impact.Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex projects across B2B and B2C environments, working closely with Sales teams and Retail Partners.Strong analytical mindset, with hands-on experience in KPI definition, performance monitoring, reporting, and data-driven optimization of initiatives.Solid experience in designing and delivering in-store activations, promotional campaigns, or affiliate models within structured retail or franchise networks.Ability to segment and prioritize Retail Partners based on local characteristics and performance, translating insights into actionable activation plans.Advanced proficiency in data and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar); familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.Experience in or strong passion for the gaming industry, with a solid understanding of player behaviors, acquisition dynamics, and responsible gaming principles.Fluency in Italian and English, with the ability to operate effectively in an international, cross-functional environment.University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or specialized training in sales, marketing or data analysis is considered an advantage.Why choose usPermanent contract with Hybrid Work.A dynamic environment within the world’s largest online gaming group.Opportunities for learning, growth and cross-country collaboration.Meal allowance.Supplemental Health Insurance.Choose Us Also ForAn inclusive work culture and access to our Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.Well-Being Support: meditation courses, online medical services and counselling with certified coaches and psychologists.Learning & Development: training platforms, workshops, conferences, and our FlexiLearning program (4 hours per month dedicated to learning).Parental Leave Packages offering additional financial and practical support.Volunteering during working hours.Much More About UsHave a look at our amazing blog Inside: hear directly from our employees at the following link: Inside.Reviews and comments from our Glassdoor and Indeed pages.
