Ensure the delivery of the agreed scope within approved budget.How you’ll make an impactIdentify innovation opportunities for digital technologies in Manufacturing & Quality areasActing as Technology Evangelist by demonstrating technical possibilities to business unitsPreparing business and technical concept of potential solutionsCoordinate Proof-of-Concept (PoC) preparation in collaboration with IT teamsDriving technical discussions between factory teams and within IT organizationTake responsibility for technical analysis and estimation processCoordinating work with other IT teams and external vendors to deliver solutionsOrganize on-site workshops for factories focused on ideation and project realizationProposing how solutions could scale and how they should be maintainedYour background3+ years of experience in Quality or Continuous Improvement on Manufacturing fieldExperience in Digital Quality Control and Predictive Maintenance is a plusGood understanding IT and OT convergence in manufacturing areaGood communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Good analytical skills to understand and ability to gather requirements.Education or experience in a given area as per role requirementsWillingness to learn and to find and test new toolsFluency in written and spoken EnglishMore about usFlexible working timeFantastic career possibilities within Hitachi EnergyVarious trainings and education supporting employee developmentDiversified company with over 100+ nationalities and a global network of specialistsFurther country-specific benefits may applyApplicable only for Poland location align with local law regulations - We are committed to full transparency and compliance with all legal requirements, ensuring that every candidate knows exactly what to expect at each stage of the recruitment process.
