We operate under multiple reputable financial licenses, including regulation by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), US SEC and FINRA, Australia's ASIC, as well as authorities in Seychelles, Mauritius, and Vanuatu, ensuring strong compliance, transparency, and investor protection worldwide.We're expanding our global presence and looking for bold, driven professionals to join our mission.As a Business Development Manager at D Prime, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and contributing to the company's growth in the FX and brokerage space. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced and performance‑driven environment.Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned regions and client segmentsManage and grow a portfolio of retail and professional clients in the FX / CFD trading spaceBuild and maintain long‑term relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional partnersPromote Doo Group's products and services, including platforms, trading tools, and educational resourcesCollaborate with internal departments such as marketing, compliance, and product to align strategiesMonitor client performance, track KPIs, and ensure continuous engagementAttend industry events, expos, and webinars to network and represent the brandProvide regular reports and market feedback to managementWhat You Bring Minimum of 2 years of experience in FX / CFD sales or business developmentProven track record of client acquisition and relationship managementA strong and active portfolio of clients and / or IBs in the FX / CFD spaceFamiliarity with trading platforms (MT5, cTrader, or others).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; Fluency in English; other languages (e.g. Arabic, Spanish, Mandarin) are a plusExperience with CRM tools and lead tracking systemsSelf‑starter with a proactive attitude and goal‑driven mindsetWhy Join D Prime?
