*** Begin HTML ***QHSE Specialist – TenovaJoin to apply for the QHSE Specialist role at Tenova.Job descriptionWe are seeking a motivated candidate to join our QHSE Team, passionate about continuous HSE improvement and eager to work in a multicultural, dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare internal documentation for Quality, Environment, and Health & Safety systems (procedures, operating instructions, etc.)Support implementation and maintenance of QHSE management systems across all business phasesExecute internal audits for Quality, Environment, and Health & Safety systemsEnsure compliance with Italian and international regulations and internal proceduresCollaborate to identify risks, assess hazards, and implement preventive and protective measuresPromote and monitor health, safety, and environmental initiativesAssist supervisors in enforcing safety obligations and proper use of protective equipmentParticipate in incident investigations and corrective actionsCoordinate with external labs for safety and environmental checksManage site environmental permits and liaise with public agencies during inspectionsMaintain records related to health, safety, and environmental programsFoster a strong HSE culture within the companyRequired ProfileBachelor's/Master's in Safety or Environmental Engineering (or similar)Solid knowledge of HSE standards, including temporary sites (D.Lgs. 81/08)Familiarity with ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015Fluent in English (written and spoken)Strong planning, attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage projects independentlyOpen-minded, team-oriented, flexible, and determined5+ years of experience in similar rolesPrevious experience in consulting or metalworking/construction companies preferredAvailability for short business tripsWorkplace: Castellanza (VA)*** End HTML ***#J-18808-Ljbffr
