cloud37 is expanding its ServiceNow Practice and we’re looking for Experienced Architects/ Developers ready to lead projects, drive innovation, and mentor others.You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients — with autonomy, ownership, and real career growth potential.What You’ll DoLead or contribute to the design and delivery of ServiceNow implementationsTranslate business requirements into effective technical solutionsDevelop and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, GRC, etc.)Build and maintain integrations (SOAP, REST, JDBC, LDAP, etc.)Guide junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teamsEnsure alignment with ITIL and best practicesWhat We’re Looking For3+ years experience with ServiceNow platform and modules (ITSM, CSM, SPM, ITOM, GRC, etc.)CSA certification required , additional certifications are a strong plusStrong analytical and client-facing communication skillsFluent in Italian and EnglishHands-on knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and scripting (JavaScript)Familiarity with key development tools such as Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, App Engine Studio, and UI BuilderExperience with integrations (SOAP, REST APIs, JDBC, LDAP, etc.)Strong functional analysis skills — ability to understand business requirements and produce technical documentationProactive , autonomous, and strong team playerWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation package based on experience and certificationsImmediate start (or as soon as possible) for available candidatesAutonomy and ownership in enterprise-level ServiceNow projects across Italy and abroadOpportunities to lead initiatives, mentor junior colleagues, and influence technical decisionsContinuous professional development and certification supportInternational and collaborative work environmentFull remote position within ItalyFriendly, flexible, and dynamic team culture
