Tuscany Flowers, a leading high‑end floral design company based in Florence, is seeking an experienced part‑time/full‑time project manager assistant (no remote position, partita Iva mandatory) to…ResponsibilitiesCreate graphic presentations and assist with general office tasks.Participate in event set‑up with the entire team.Develop and maintain status reports on current projects that will be circulated company‑wide.Assist in coordination of logistics for senior management and executive events and activities.Communicate regularly with event planners and vendors to ensure information is received in a timely and accurate manner.Proactively handle arising issues and troubleshoot emerging problems on event day.We are looking for a resourceful candidate who will be working across the organization to get things done.Skills and AbilitiesExcellent command of English (C1 required), native‑level English and fluency in Italian also desirable.Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture or similar fields.Excellent technical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) on Mac OS.Extremely precise and capable of working under pressure.Previous experience in events is a plus, as is a passion for flowers.Maximum flexibility with availability to work evenings and weekends.#J-18808-Ljbffr
