Key activities include:Idea generation and conceptualization of new investment solutions, based on client needs, market trends, and strategic prioritiesDesign and origination of structured investment solutions and private asset solutions, in collaboration with internal and external partnersWorking closely with affiliated Management Companies to create complex solutionsCollaboration within the CoI function including Product team, and with other teams across Generali Investments, regarding the structurization and management of complex solutionsUnit Linked business - portfolio monitoring and performance analysis, including market updates and strategic reportingEducationDegree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related fieldProfessional certifications (CFA, CAIA, IMC) are a plusExperienceMinimum 5–8 years of experience in the financial sector, with a focus on investment solutions or financial structuringStrong understanding of Insurance-Linked product, experience with Private Assets is considered a plusPrior experience in an international and cross-functional work environment is preferredTechnical SkillsStrong numerical and analytical skills, with a solid command of data analysis and financial modellingAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent analytical and presentation skillsFamiliarity with key financial data platforms such as Morningstar and Bloomberg.
