Descrizione dell’offerta di lavoro - Descrizione del lavoroEurofins BioPharma Product Testing, nell'ottica di crescita e potenziamento della propria struttura Medical Devices, ricerca per la sede di Vimodrone (MI), una risorsa da inserire nel reparto Sales in qualità di Commercial Operation Specialist.Il ruolo, che non prevede attività in laboratorio, richiede competenze che consisteranno principalmente nel supporto quotidiano di cliente esterno ed interno, nella gestione prevedendo il contatto (telefono, e‑mail) con i clienti (mercato BioPharma, Medical Device e Biocide) e con le unità operative e commerciali interne al fine di fornire il supporto tecnico e/o commerciale richiesto.Per le attività è richiesto l'utilizzo quotidiano di sistemi informatici e la comunicazione in lingua inglese.ResponsabilitàContatti diretti, gestione e supporto clienti Direct ed Intercompany per supporto piattaforma Lab Access;Assistenza e supporto al team sales ed alle segreterie tecniche nella sistemazione di offerte, test code e/o gestione campioni;Gestione anagrafica e richieste clienti in CRM;Interfaccia con figure appartenenti a diversi dipartimenti aziendali per la soluzione di questioni logistiche e/o amministrative;Supporto alle unità nella gestione degli incarichi al fine di verificarne la coerenza rispetto alle proposte economiche e la relativa compliance per il processamento dei campioni all’interno del LIMS aziendale;Gestione accordi di riservatezza, documenti commerciali (contratti, MSA, GTS, etc.), questionari di qualifica fornitori e delle buste amministrative in gare d’appalto;Supporto alla direzione commerciale / direzione Inside Sales e Commercial Operations nella definizione di flussi operativi propri del team di appartenenza.QualificheLaurea in Biologia, CTF, Chimica, Bioingegneria o altre lauree scientifiche;Esperienza minima pregressa di 2-3 anni in ruoli di Customer Care/Service e/o affini;Capacità di interfaccia/supporto/comunicazione con i clienti a livello commerciale;Capacità di monitoraggio e follow up dei lavori;Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (il colloquio sarà svolto in lingua inglese);Ottima padronanza degli strumenti informatici;Interesse per un lavoro d'ufficio e dinamico;Interesse e predisposizione alle relazioni interpersonali;Residenza a Milano o zone limitrofe a Vimodrone;Informazioni aggiuntiveOrario Flessibile;Ticket Restaurant 8€/giorno;smartworking;welfare aziendale;Supporto allo sviluppo professionale.L'inserimento è previsto con contratto determinato iniziale di un anno a partire da Febbraio.Come candidarsiPer candidarsi è necessario inviare Curriculum dettagliato in inglese, specificando l'autorizzazione al trattamento dei dati personali.To learn more about Eurofins, please explore our website
