You will be part of a proactive and effective team as key contact for customers in their journey with CHEP, with the extraordinary opportunity of improving your skills in asset productivity and customer support.Your Goals Take preventive and proactive action to ensure that customer satisfaction is maximized .Management of Mailboxes and inbound/outbound calls management with particular focus to SMEs.Support the team in Customer Experience initiatives.
