Our platform automates the entire lifecycle of energy communities from design and regulatory compliance to implementation and ongoing management, through dedicated software modules.Today, Hex Ergy supports 600+ energy community projects across  Italy, the Netherlands, and Colombia , and is actively expanding into  the United States, Spain, France, Germany, and Portugal .Role DescriptionWe are looking for a  Junior Marketing Associate – Social Media & Content who will help communicate Hex Ergy’s impact across multiple countries and markets. You will  manage Hex Ergy’s social media channels and support the execution of the marketing strategy defined together with our external marketing agency and CMO. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, focused on international and multi-country marketing.What you will doManage and grow Hex Ergy’s social media channels (planning, publishing, engagement)Create and adapt content for Linked In and other channels (posts, carousels, short videos, captions)Support storytelling around energy communities, sustainability, and real-world impactCoordinate with the marketing agency to execute campaigns and content calendarsEnsure brand consistency across countries and languages (with support)Monitor performance and share insights with the team and CMOSupport marketing initiatives across multiple countries and marketsAssist with webinars, events, and digital activationsWho you areEarly-career marketer (student, recent graduate, or up to 1 year of experience)Passionate about sustainability, cleantech, or the energy transitionComfortable managing social media accounts and content calendarsOrganized, proactive, and eager to learnInterested in working on  international, multi-country marketing Fluent in English (written and spoken) Fluent in Italian (written and spoken)Nice to haveExperience creating Linked In contentCanva, Figma, or basic design toolsInterest in short-form video or founder-led storytellingBasic understanding of analytics or SEOPrevious internship or project experience in marketingWhat we offerFully remote role with flexible working hours Direct ownership of social media channelsMentorship from a Fractional CMO and marketing professionalsCollaboration with an experienced marketing agencyExposure to international cleantech and energy marketsA mission-driven startup where your work creates real impact
