Are you ready to join us?Role: Real Estate Business Development Specialist Join our launch team in Milan. You will build a pipeline of high‑quality apartments and advance our network of real estate partners, including property developers, institutional owners and independent landlords. You will negotiate long‑term leases and develop strong relationships with property owners, ensuring a solid reputation for Ukio in the industry.ResponsibilitiesBuild an extensive supply pipeline of apartments that meet Ukio's standardsProvide Ukio with a strong network of large residential real estate companies, property developers, family offices, institutional property owners and independent landlordsAcquire and negotiate long‑term leases of high‑quality apartments in desirable Milan locationsManage and develop existing relationships with property owners within the Ukio networkIdentify appropriate buildings and secure multi‑unit dealsAdvocate and maintain a strong reputation for Ukio in the sectorWork with various departments to resolve landlord enquiries, challenges and contractsMaintain Milan city Ukio standards by keeping links with all stakeholdersPrepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing dataAbout youAt least 2 years of experience as a business developer in Milan (real estate experience is a plus)Skilled negotiator and relationship managerProven track record of exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication skills in Italian and EnglishFlexible, resilient and comfortable with ambiguity and changeConfident working in cross‑functional teamsComfortable performing in a start‑up environmentSeniority level Entry levelEmployment type Full‑timeJob function Other#J-18808-Ljbffr
