An esteemed international law firm is seeking a talented professional to join their dynamic team in Milan. This role offers the chance to work with multinational companies, providing comprehensive legal and tax advice, and playing a pivotal role in their business ventures across Italy and Europe. Key Responsibilities:- Provide multifaceted advice to multinational companies with an Italian presence or business interests in Italy and Europe.- Identify and implement effective solutions and tax-efficient structures for foreign investors in Italy/Europe and Italian investors abroad.- Assist in the purchase and management of businesses and properties in Italy.- Support Italian entrepreneurs in expanding and developing their business internationally.- Offer corporate, commercial, and real estate consultancy in cross-border transactions related to family assets and businesses.Skills and Experience Required:- Qualified Lawyer or Chartered Accountant with significant experience in international business law or accounting.- Proven track record in advising multinational companies and handling cross-border transactions.- Strong understanding of Italian and European legal and tax systems.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify strategic solutions.- Proficiency in both Italian and English, with additional language skills being advantageous.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Send your cv to Ref: PC2752
