Kappa collections offer sports footwear and accessories that ensure optimal performance.Who We Are Looking ForFor our Robe di Kappa store in Milan, we are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant. As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide customer service and sales excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness and completeness of the range. You will be expected to ensure courtesy, friendliness and kindness, collaborating positively with the team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the customer in the saleMaintaining, managing and handling merchandise on displayReplenishing stock in order to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability in the departmentMaintaining order and cleanliness in the storeManaging fitting rooms following company guidelinesManaging cashier operationsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities requiredPrevious experience as a Sales Assistant in fashion fieldKnowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsReliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedulesImmediatly availableInitial placement on a fixed‑term contract, full time (40 hours per week) or part time (30 hours per week).BasicNet is committed to creating a supportive and motivating work environment, promoting collaboration and open dialogue, welcoming every voice and idea.
