You will work in a dynamic, multicultural environment, interacting with international clients. Schedule may include weekends and holidays.**Role Responsibilities*** Sell currency exchange and related services (money transfers, tax-free services, SIM cards, railway tickets, tours, and travel services)* Deliver excellent, customer-focused service* Suggest additional products or services where appropriate* Foster customer loyalty and satisfaction* Handle company funds and daily reconciliation* Comply with security and loss prevention procedures**Role Requirements*** Diploma or degree* Fluency in Italian and English (knowledge of a third language is a plus)* Strong communication and sales skills* Experience in customer service, retail, or tourism is preferred* Ability to work under pressure and solve problems proactively* Team-oriented and flexible work schedules**What We Offer*** Fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent* Regular shifts and a supportive team environment**Location (In-person)** Stores located in Rome, Lazio, Italy**Schedule** Full-time role with rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.We are passionate about diversity.
