What The Job Looks Like Driving continuous improvement activities, monitoring Grunenthal´s Business system (GOBS) progress, participating in site improvement assessments as well as developing and ensuring follow-through on improvement plans Working with production & training teams to deliver targeted OPEX training and demonstrate use of Lean/Six Sigma and TPM concepts Organizing events/workshops in the department to drive knowledge
