Our company culture promotes innovation, well-being, and a commitment to sustainable digital infrastructure.Joining APL means :Becoming part of a fast-growing group with strong values;Working with expert and passionate teams;Facing meaningful and exciting technical challenges;Evolving in a people-first environment with hybrid work options and strong benefits.Job Description As part of the expansion of our Italian subsidiary, we are recruiting a Junior Site Engineer to support our technical teams in the execution of data center projects.Responsibilities Assist senior engineers and project managers in supervising on-site work related to data center construction or renovation.Monitor contractor activities and ensure adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.Participate in progress reporting and documentation of site operations.Contribute to quality control, schedule follow-up, and coordination with stakeholders.Help manage technical issues and ensure escalation to the project team when necessary.Support the implementation of project procedures and best practices.Profile Hard SkillsDegree in engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical or similar).First professional experience (internship or apprenticeship) in construction or technical project environments.Familiarity with construction standards and technical documentation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.Fluency in Italian; working knowledge of English or French is a plus.Soft SkillsStrong organizational and communication skills.Rigorous, proactive, and eager to learn.Capacity to work in a team and adapt in a dynamic environment.Mobility Based in Northern Italy (Milan or nearby).Occasional travel within Italy and to France may be required.At APL, we are convinced that the strength of our team lies in its diversity.
