For us diversity is a real value, and we encourage in connecting different perspectives with respect.Discover more about our culture and approach here: Description Summary:As Asset Management Trainee, you will join the Asset Management Governance & Strategy team and gain first‑hand experience across the full lifecycle of renewable energy assets, with a specific focus on projects under development and construction.You will work alongside senior Asset Managers, supporting the transition of assets from Construction to Operations and contributing to the definition of robust, standardised asset management processes at portfolio level.This internship is designed to provide structured learning, mentorship and practical exposure, making it an excellent opportunity for graduates or students interested in asset management, operations and renewable energy.Job Description:What you will doSupport senior Asset Managers involved in Development and Construction projects, ensuring effective coordination and alignment between Construction and Operations departmentsAssist in the definition, implementation and continuous improvement of handover procedures from Construction to OperationsMonitor that technical documentation, asset data and operational requirements are correctly delivered during the handover and commissioning phasesSupport the operational onboarding of new assets, ensuring a structured and smooth transition into the operational phaseParticipate, where required, in project meetings during development, construction, commissioning and handover phasesCollaborate with internal stakeholders (Construction, Engineering, Operations, HSE, Finance, etc.) to ensure consistency with operational standards and asset management strategiesSupport data collection, reporting and analysis activities related to asset performance and operational readiness at portfolio levelEducation & backgroundBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy or similar).Interest in renewable energy, asset management and the project lifecycle of industrial assets.Exposure to economics, finance or asset management is considered a plus.Skills & mindsetGood understanding of industrial plants or energy assets (preferred, not mandatory).Strong IT skills, with good proficiency in Microsoft Office.Knowledge of Power BI or data analysis tools is a plus.Analytical mindset with a structured and problem‑solving approach.Curiosity, proactivity and willingness to learn from senior professionals.Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.What we offerA hands‑on internship within an international renewable energy company.Exposure to real projects across development, construction and operations.Continuous learning through on‑the‑job training.A collaborative and inclusive work environment focused on sustainability and innovation.Location: Milano - MartesanaTime Type: Full timeWorker Subtype: Intern (Fixed Term)#J-18808-Ljbffr
