OverviewWe are seeking a talented Software Development Engineer II to join our new team in Bangalore, focusing on building AI-powered solutions that will transform Amazon's Seller Support experience. As one of the founding engineers in this new organization, you will have significant technical ownership and influence on our architecture and implementation choices. You will work directly with LLMs and machine learning systems while developing scalable services that power our next-generation support platform. This role offers unique exposure to AI technologies while solving real-world problems that impact millions of Amazon sellers. This role is perfect for a motivated engineer who wants to combine deep technical work with real business impact. You will help transform a complex ecosystem of 180+ tools into a streamlined, AI-powered platform while working alongside experienced engineers and leaders.
