We operate with robust technology roadmaps and an efficient operating model that empowers every engineer to innovate, create value, and reach their full potential.ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment and machine tools.Supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making; develop an operational yearly plan for manufacturing activities of the team and suggest improvements in products, processes and procedures.Ensure that equipment, tools and machine tools are in good condition for use; propose plans for preventive maintenance and corrective action.Exchange data and information, address interaction concerns, and contribute improvements in products, processes and procedures.Handle standardized manufacturing processes and guidelines for choosing the right actions; some latitude in ways of working and planning.Coordinate and verify the work of external contractors.Analyze and diagnose causes of malfunctions, failures, and repetitive manufacturing problems and recommend and implement proper corrective actions.Liaise with production and all functions colleagues, dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs.Read equipment manuals and understand technical drawings such as P&ID, hydraulic schematics, electrical wiring diagrams to quickly identify and solve faults.Understand PLCs and ISO language programs, automation systems, CNC.QualificationsExperience in Mechatronics / Mechanic, Electronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent high school/college diploma.Working experience in a similar role for a minimum of 5 years.Proven experience in oil & gas industry.Availability to work in shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am).Strong oral and written communication skills in both Italia and English.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Ability to work independently.Strong problem-solving skills.BenefitsContemporary work-life balance policies and wellbeing activitiesComprehensive private medical care optionsSafety net of life insurance and disability programsTailored financial programsAdditional elected or voluntary benefitsAbout UsWe are an energy technology company that provides solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide.
