Who We're Looking For We’re looking for a Senior Sales Assistant - Multistore : an experienced sales professional who actively supports the brand’s different stores, ensuring high standards of customer service, sales performance, and client loyalty. This role operates across multiple locations in the north of Italy, ensuring business continuity in stores and contributing to sales targets through strong sales expertise, a consultative approach, and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers by providing a personalized and high-quality service. Represent the brand consistently in line with its image and values. Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding store sales targets. Support various stores during seasonal peaks, openings, or staff replacements. Monitor sales performance, identifying opportunities and areas for improvement. Take part in the training and coaching of junior sales staff. Manage cash operations and back-office procedures independently. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to maintain the store’s image. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in sales roles within the ready-to-wear or premium fashion sector. Excellent commercial, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong customer orientation and sensitivity to fashion products. Flexibility and availability to travel frequently across the assigned regions (company car provided) Team-player attitude and strong goal orientation. Very good command of English. Good knowledge of key digital tools (POS, CRM, MS Office, tablet). We're looking for someone who combines professionalism, reliability, and autonomy, with a collaborative leadership style and the ability to adapt to different environments.
