With a team of over 30 professionals, we are a recognized leader in Italy's renewable energy sector, supporting top multinational energy companies, investment funds, project developers, sponsors and other active investors in the energy industry.For more information, please visit: Role As a Legal Junior Associate in the Regulatory & Public Law Department, you’ll be part of a dynamic team based in Milan, working on complex regulatory matters, due diligence activities, legal opinions and researches related to key issues relevant to the industry.Key responsibilities include: Assisting clients with due diligence activities Supporting the M&A and project finance teams in the drafting of contractual projects’ related provisions Drafting legal opinions on regulatory and administrative issues Conducting legal research Collaborating with the other departments at Green Horse AdvisoryWhat We’re Looking For We seek a motivated recent law graduate or someone with up to one year of experience in the matters above, with: Ambition & Tenacity: Driven to achieve, tackle challenges, and continuously improve Precision: Detail-oriented, with an understanding that accuracy is crucial Self-Reliance: Able to navigate new challenges confidently Passion & Commitment: Enthusiastic about solving complex legal matters Advanced English skills Previous international experience—whether academic or professional—is considered a plusWhat We Offer International Exposure: Collaborate with top experts in the field.
