Senior Legal Counsel

ACS Group è alla ricerca di una figura senior da inserire nell’Ufficio Legale interno. Entrerai a far parte del Team Legal & Compliance della Holding del Gruppo, fornendo supporto legale alle società del gruppo e collaborando direttamente con l’Head of Legal & Compliance. Le Tue Responsabilità Redigere e revisionare contratti commerciali, documenti e-commerce, licenze software, contratti informatici e contratti per la disponibilità giuridica di spazi commerciali (locazioni, sublocazioni, affitti d’azienda, coworking). Elaborare policies aziendali, linee guida, informative e liberatorie relative a marchi, contenuti multimediali e diritti d’autore, oltre a NDA e documenti correlati. Gestire attività in tema di Data Protection e GDPR in sinergia con il DPO esterno (redazione di informative privacy, registri, nomine, DPIA, attività di adeguamento). Gestire i marchi del Gruppo. Eseguire attività di recupero del credito. Collaborare con i reparti di tutte le società del Gruppo, assicurando un servizio legale efficiente e coerente con le esigenze del business. Chi Stiamo Cercando Hai una Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza; l’abilitazione forense è considerata un requisito preferenziale. Hai maturato almeno 5 anni di esperienza in un ufficio legale aziendale. Sei appassionato/a di IT e hai una buona capacità di comprendere gli aspetti tecnici del settore. Ti distingui per un approccio organizzato, capacità di lavorare in autonomia e attenzione al lavoro di squadra. Hai una buona padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office. Possiedi un’ottima conoscenza dell’italiano e dell’inglese; la conoscenza del tedesco è un plus. Offriamo
