Adecco LifeScience, divisione specializzata del Gruppo Adecco, ricerca per azienda operante nel settore farmaceutico un/aIndirect Spending and CapexSupportare la gestione dei fornitori di spesa indiretta e Capex all’interno della rete, nonché sostenere il processo di scouting di nuovi potenziali fornitori nel network globale. Partecipare all’identificazione e al supporto di progetti di saving e miglioramento, in coerenza con i requisiti di Qualità e Regolatori per la qualificazione di nuovi fornitori.Principali attività, mansioni, compiti e responsabilitàSupportare le attività di sourcing e negoziazione relative alle spese indirette e ai Capex per le Operations Produttive.Contribuire al mantenimento di relazioni reciprocamente vantaggiose con i fornitori di spese indirette e Capex, adottando un approccio multiculturale.Emettere richieste di offerta chiare verso i fornitori di spese indirette e Capex disponibili, quando necessario, anche tramite strumenti digitali.Supportare una funzione Procurement dedicata, responsabile del processo di qualificazione e riqualificazione periodica dei fornitori.Garantire la sollecitazione degli ordini di acquisto per assicurare consegne puntuali e l’ottimizzazione dei lead time, raccogliendo gli opportuni Key Performance Indicator.Assicurare il monitoraggio del budget e la relativa reportistica Actual vs Budget, incluse le stime basate su proiezioni forward-looking.FormazioneTitolo di studio: laurea, preferibilmente in discipline scientifiche.Competenze professionaliStrumenti Microsoft Office: buonoConoscenza SAP ERP: un plusLingua inglese: buonaSede di lavoro: Milano (MI)Si offre inserimento in somministrazione di 12 mesi , CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico, RAL tra 30.000/34.000 euro, due giorni di smart working alla settimana.I candidati, nel rispetto del D.lgs. 198/2006, D.lgs 215/2003 e D.lgs 216/2003, sono invitati a leggere l'informativa sulla privacy.
