Test Manager The Test Manager is responsible for defining and executing the organization's quality assurance strategy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality enterprise software solutions. The role leads testing activities across the software development lifecycle, manages QA teams, and collaborates with international stakeholders to establish standardized testing methodologies, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across global delivery teams. Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and quality assurance processes for enterprise software applications.
- Lead and coordinate QA teams, ensuring effective resource allocation, mentoring, and timely delivery of testing activities.
- Oversee the design and execution of manual and automated testing, ensuring comprehensive functional and non-functional test coverage.
- Collaborate with development, product, security, and business teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle and support release readiness.
- Monitor testing progress, quality metrics, defect resolution, and project risks, providing regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Establish and promote QA best practices, governance, testing standards, and continuous process improvements across international teams.
- Coordinate cross-country QA activities, ensuring alignment of testing methodologies, tools, KPIs, and reporting within the global governance framework.
- Support security validation activities, including security assessments and penetration testing, to ensure software quality and compliance.
