CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Senior Specialist (M/F)The Oberalp Group is a management driven family business - a house of brands that creates high quality technical mountaineering products. We are a team of more than 1000 employees in 11 countries worldwide – a group of adventurers and dreamers, mountaineers, looking for their next peak.The CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager will own the vision, strategy, and execution framework for CRM and email marketing across all Oberalp brands (Salewa, Dynafit, Wild Country, LaMunt, Evolv). This role will act as the central governance point for CRM processes, ensuring standardization, scalability, and performance across multiple brands and markets. The position will lead the development of a unified CRM operating model, manage the intake and prioritization of requests, and drive automation and personalization initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value.Tasks & responsibilitiesDefine and maintain the CRM vision, roadmap, and governance model for all brandsEstablish and enforce standards for campaign taxonomy, templates, and processesLead the CRM council and manage Jira roadmaps for intake and prioritizationExecution & EnablementOversee the rollout of a modular email template system and automation flowsEnsure timely delivery of newsletters and lifecycle campaigns across brandsImplement frequency capping and cross-brand collision managementData & TechnologyCollaborate with IT to maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce Marketing CloudEnsure data hygiene, consent compliance (GDPR), and preference center functionalityDefine and monitor governance with the goal of accurate performancePerformance & OptimizationDevelop and maintain unified CRM dashboards and KPIs.Drive A/B testing and continuous improvement across campaigns and automations.Report on performance in weekly reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).Change ManagementCreate playbooks, training materials, and run enablement sessions for brand teamsAct as the primary point of contact for CRM best practices and troubleshootingProfileBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field3+ years in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing (multi-brand experience preferred)Proven track record with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar ESPExperience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)GDPR and data privacy best practices, lifecycle marketing strategies and automation frameworks, familiarity with Jira or similar project management toolsWorkplace: Bolzano, Milano (IT) or Kiefersfelden (DE)If you are interested to work in a challenging, international and dynamic environment then apply now#J-18808-Ljbffr
