You'll be the face (or voice) of the brand delivering support that feels personal, helpful, and human.What You'll Be DoingAssist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chatTroubleshoot problems using tools, training, and documentationHandle inquiries with professionalism and empathyOffer solutions to frequently asked questionsRepresent the brand with clarity and enthusiasmMaintain accurate records of customer interactionsWho We're Looking For Must-HavesFluent ItalianSolidEnglishskills (B2 or higher)Basic tech proficiency and ability to learn new tools quicklyAvailability to workrotating shifts(morning/evening/weekends)Great-to-HavesPrevious customer support, hospitality, or client-facing experienceStrong communication and time management skillsActive listening and emotional intelligenceA collaborative, team-player mindsetWhat's in It for You?
