Posizione : IT ERP Expert F&OAzienda : Copan Italia S.p.A.Descrizione del ruolo :L'IT ERP Expert avrà la responsabilità di gestire e ottimizzare l'infrastruttura ERP aziendale, garantendo che i sistemi siano allineati con le esigenze operative e strategiche dell'organizzazione. Il candidato ideale avrà una solida esperienza nell'amministrazione di sistemi ERP, nella gestione dei progetti tecnologici e nella leadership di team di IT. Sarà inoltre responsabile dell'implementazione del nuovo gestionale Microsoft Dynamics 365Responsabilità principali :Gestire l’intero ciclo di vita del sistema ERP, dalla progettazione all’implementazione e manutenzione.Collaborare con i diversi reparti aziendali per identificare le esigenze e tradurle in requisiti tecnici.Gestire e monitorare le performance dei sistemi ERP, risolvendo eventuali problematiche tecniche.Garantire la stesura corretta degli AS-IS e dei TO-BE gestendo le attività di Change ManagementAnalizzare i processi aziendali per ottimizzare l’utilizzo del sistema ERP e migliorare l'efficienza operativa.Supportare la gestione dei dati aziendali e garantire l’integrità dei dati nel sistema ERP.Pianificare e realizzare la formazione continua per gli utenti aziendali sui sistemi ERP.Coordinare il team IT per garantire il corretto funzionamento dei sistemi ERP aziendali.Requisiti :Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o affini.Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili, con esperienza diretta nell'implementazione e gestione di sistemi ERP (preferibilmente Microsoft D365 F&O e / o Dynamics NAV 365 Business Central).Competenze avanzate nella gestione di progetti IT e nella gestione di team multidisciplinari.Ottima conoscenza dei processi aziendali (finance, supply chain, produzione).Ottime capacità di problem solving e gestione di risorse.Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali, con orientamento al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione interfunzionale.Conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.#J-18808-Ljbffr
