HR Plant Manager The client is an international healthcare company, committed in both research and industrial operations. In this context, we are seeking a dedicated HR Plant Manager to oversee human resources functions within the manufacturing facility. The role involves managing HR processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting organizational development initiatives. Responsibilities of the Role: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the plant's operational goals; Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to ensure the availability of qualified personnel; Oversee employee relations, fostering a positive work environment and addressing workplace issues; Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies; Coordinate training and development programs to enhance workforce skills; Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management review; Collaborate with plant management to support organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives. Skills and Qualification: Proven experience (>8) in human resources management within a manufacturing or industrial setting; Strong knowledge of Italian labor laws and HR best practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment. Relevant certifications in HR or related fields are preferred.
