Whether you have experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, or technology, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.PositionOperations CoordinatorWork Dynamics Life Sciences AccountResponsibilitiesMonitor KPIs at regional and country levelsTrack Planned Preventative Maintenance delivery and complianceOversee Annual Audits & Inspections with timely corrective action closureMonitor reactive service requests across all prioritiesTrack energy and sustainability plan implementationEnsure comprehensive data population for assets and contractsManage data accuracy for work orders and preventive maintenanceCoordinate maintenance planning and execution per contract requirementsMaintain system integrity for accurate reportingOversee contract-based maintenance schedule integrationMonitor consolidated compliance programs (FM Global MSS FCA BSP Legionella)Conduct quarterly risk reviews and address deficiencies; generate forecasts and budget planningEnsure high-priority compliance standards for key clientsMonitor contractual compliance and corrective action statusEnsure MSA requirement delivery; manage service request workflows and escalationsAssist with Change Request processes; verify KPI and SLA achievementIdentify performance issues with root cause analysisCollaborate with Regional Leadership and Country TeamsDevelop improvement programs and initiativesCreate comprehensive trend and action reports; ensure timely resolution of outstanding mattersBuild relationships with regional service partners; collaborate with Performance Managers across regionsWork with Regional Directors and FM teams on optimizationPropose global system and process improvements; support cross-functional performance targetsExperiences3-5 years in facilities management, performance management, or operationsProven KPI monitoring and performance improvement track recordLarge-scale service contracts and MSA experienceCAFM systems experience (Corrigo preferred); data analysis and compliance program backgroundARC Dashboard or similar compliance tracking systemsAdvanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools; CAFM systems and performance dashboardsFM industry standards and compliance knowledgeAsset management and preventive maintenance planningStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesDetail-oriented data management; effective communication and presentation skillsIndependent work across multiple countries/time zonesProactive performance issue identificationStakeholder relationship managementRegulatory compliance understanding (FM Global MSS FCA BSP Legionella)Fluent English and Italian requiredWhat We OfferOpportunity to lead a flagship
