In seguito alla nostra forte crescita, cerchiamo un/una Assistente alle Vendite motivato/a per gestire le richieste in entrata, preparare preventivi e fatture e coordinare le consegne ai nostri clienti. Role overview As a Sales Assistant, you will be the first voice and point of contact for prospective customers. You will manage inbound requests (no cold outreach), present our product range, and support customers throughout the quoting and invoicing process. You will also coordinate delivery logistics to ensure a smooth, professional, high‑quality customer experience from first contact through final delivery. Key responsibilitiesAnswer inbound calls and handle customer requests promptly and professionally Create and send customized quotes and invoices using our internal tools Organize and track delivery logistics; communicate shipment details to customers Diligently update and manage customer data and transactions Ensure high‑quality customer service and build long‑term client relationshipsCandidate profileStrong command of English (essential); other European languages are a plus Excellent communication skills and team spirit Experience in sales or customer service is a plus; a positive attitude and strong learning ability are essential Basic knowledge of e‑commerce tools and invoicing software (training provided) Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Experience in construction equipment, mechanics, or automotive is a plusContract and statusProject‑based freelance engagement with a guaranteed fixed monthly salary Status: self‑employed/freelance (must be able to issue invoices; Italian VAT number preferred)CompensationFixed fee: €1,200/month Commission: up to €2,000/monthBenefitsFlexible working hours 100% remoteWork locationFully remote in Italy#J-18808-Ljbffr
