OverviewElectrical Engineer / Electrical Technician — Location: Netherlands; Employment Type: Full-time; Contract Type: Long-term (with potential for permanent employment)About the RoleAre you an Electrical Engineer or Electrical Technician with hands-on experience in EPLAN? We are looking for professionals who can design, assemble, read, and modify electrical schematics using EPLAN to support industrial machinery projects. You will join a technical team working on new designs, redesigns, and modernization projects for customers operating in high-demand industrial environments.EPLAN experience is the most important requirement for this role.If you work daily with EPLAN, we want to talk to you.ResponsibilitiesElectrical design and redesign of industrial machinery and systemsCreating, modifying, and maintaining electrical schematics in EPLANTranslating technical designs into practical, buildable solutionsSupporting repair, modernization, and end-of-life product solutionsEnsuring accurate electrical documentation and data consistencyCollaborating with multidisciplinary engineering and production teamsSupporting customer-specific technical solutions when neededRequirementsDegree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technician (or equivalent experience)Proven hands-on experience with EPLAN (mandatory)Experience in industrial environments (machinery, manufacturing, OEM, food or automation is a plus)Ability to understand, assemble, and improve electrical designsStructured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindsetGood communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus, not mandatory)Valid EU passport or permanent EU work authorization requiredVisa sponsorship is not available for this positionWe Offer1 year contract (40 hours/week) with the possibility of permanent employment.Monthly gross salary: 3.000,00 - 4.500,00 (based on experience and education).25 paid vacation days + paid public holidays.Holiday allowance of 8.33%, paid annually in May.Travel reimbursement: €0.23/km.Relocation support: First housing arranged and upfront
