Per importante realtà internazionale nel settore Trasporto e Logistica, stiamo ricercando una figura di Operations Agent.L'Operations Agent gestisce l’operatività necessaria a permettere il completamento delle attività di importazione ed esportazione delle spedizioni in ottemperanza ai regolamenti e alle leggi ed è responsabile delle attività di magazzino necessarie a gestire fisicamente la merce in collaborazione con gli autisti che ne curano lo spostamento.Monitora il sistema gestionale per verificare che le spedizioni siano eseguite nei tempi pianificati.Prende in carico la merce che arriva nei magazzini eseguendo manualmente le operazioni di computo pezzi, rilevamento pesi e misure e ne verifica la coerenza con quanto atteso.Conferma l’esecuzione di ritiri e consegne richiesti ed eseguiti sul territorio nazionale.Prenota lo spazio aereo e conclude il booking con le compagnie aeree, confermando la correttezza dei dati trasmessi in sede di prenotazione.Richiede ai broker doganali la produzione delle bolle import ed export relative alla merce oggetto dei servizi di trasporto.Confeziona ed etichetta le spedizioni assicurando che le informazioni delle etichette siano accurate.Flessibilità a lavorare per turni dal lunedì al sabato.Inglese fluenteMinimo 2 / 3 anni di esperienza precedente nel settore della logistica.Capacità di utilizzo di Windows OS, MS Office, email e internet.Data entry, abilità e precisione nel trattamento delle informazioni.Abilità nel lavoro nell’ambito del magazzino.#J-18808-Ljbffr
