Financial Controller role at Lovati&Associati | Head Hunter Italia For a client company operating in the garden & outdoor sector, experiencing strong growth and offering a dynamic, structured environment, we are looking for a professional to join the Finance team as a Financial Controller . Key Responsibilities Calculate standard/predicted costs and analyse impact on local results Maintain integrity of the internal product Bill of Material Monthly stock valuation, depreciation, and variance analysis Develop processes and controls for month‑end reporting Monitor KPIs and budget variances Prepare and analyse monthly financial reporting packs Support management in understanding financial performance Collaborate with departments to gather financial and operational data Maintain accurate financial master data in ERP systems Profile & Skills Strong analytical and numerical skills Good communication and proactive attitude Experience with auditors and advisors Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Knowledge of accounting processes and internal controls Understanding of financial regulations Integrity, honesty, and ability to work independently and in a team Requirements Knowledge of international accounting principles (IFRS) Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years in Controlling or Finance teams in manufacturing companies Preferably experience with Hyperion Financial Management; knowledge of JDE or other ERPs is an advantage Proficient in English (written and spoken) Good knowledge of Excel; BI tools a plus Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing Industries Manufacturing, Industrial Machinery Manufacturing, and Agriculture, Construction, Mining Machinery Manufacturing The privacy policy is available at: Get notified about new Financial Controller jobs in Correggio, Emilia-Romagna, Italy . #J-18808-Ljbffr
